Our octagonal logo is symbolic of Symmetry's values and philosophy in two ways. First, the entrepreneurial management team is in the middle --- not customers, not shareholders, and certainly not venture capitalists. The entrepreneurial management team must manage the complex task of building a rapidly growing company; we, on the other hand, are suppliers of capital and facilitators of success.

The elephant balancing on top of the symmetrical ball is another visual reminder of the difficult task which entrepreneurs engage in daily --- the "balancing act" of re-arranging priorities, solving problems, and managing diverse constituencies, all while moving the organization in a forward direction. No one said it would be easy.
Second, no individual or team can "do it alone." As depicted on the outer octagon of our logo, successful entrepreneurial management teams must rely on and balance contributions from a variety of key contributors: customers, service providers, shareholders, strategic alliances, employees, family and friends, the board of directors, and supplier partners. If they do this well, they will be successful. Based on our past experiences, we believe we can help entrepreneurial management teams optimize their performance of the "balancing act."
